This policy explains how Tune In Strategy Group handles personal information received through its consulting webpage and project inquiry form, and in related inquiry correspondence. Tune In Strategy Group is operated by Luckystickz Entertainment Inc. (“we,” “us” or “our”), based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
This policy applies to Tune In Strategy Group’s online inquiry experience. Other organizations and external websites linked from these pages have their own privacy practices.
Information you provide
Our inquiry form asks for your name, organization, email address and a description of your project or challenge. You may also provide your role or title, phone number, desired timeline, approximate budget and the service you are interested in. We also receive information you choose to include in subsequent correspondence.
Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, or sensitive information about yourself or others through this general inquiry form.
How we use your information
We use inquiry information to respond, understand your organization’s needs, assess whether we can help, discuss scope and prepare proposals. Where an engagement proceeds, relevant information supports project communication and administration, subject to any separate agreement. We may also keep records needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect our business.
Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. If we seek to use your information for a materially different purpose, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required.
Website technology, cookies and spam protection
Squarespace hosts this website and processes information needed to deliver, maintain and secure it. This can include IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages and the time of a visit. Cookies and similar technologies support website functions and may support usage measurement. You can manage cookies through your browser and any cookie controls presented by the website; restricting cookies may affect functionality.
Our inquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help distinguish genuine inquiries from automated spam. Google may process technical and interaction information for this purpose. See the Squarespace Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy for their practices.
Who receives information
Inquiries are processed through Squarespace and sent to our designated business email inbox. Team members and service providers who need the information to respond, administer an engagement, or maintain our website and communications may process it for those purposes. We may disclose information where required by law or where legally permitted to protect rights, safety or security.
Our hosting, email and security providers may process or store information outside Canada. Information processed in another country may be subject to that country’s laws and lawful access by its authorities.
Retention and safeguards
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including relevant business records and legal requirements. Retention depends on whether an inquiry develops into an engagement and whether records are needed for ongoing obligations.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent to future uses, or request deletion. These requests may be subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. Withdrawing information needed to respond or deliver agreed services may limit our ability to assist you.
